Internal communications

Sharing information within a company is more important than you may think. A company can better achieve its defined objectives when all employees understand where the company is headed and what is required of them. Moreover, each employee becomes, in his or her own way, a company spokesperson within his or her circle of friends and acquaintances, and thereby contributes to the shaping of its reputation. Therefore, internal communications, too, is a strong PR tool, the importance of which is ever growing. I offer in this area:

  • an internal communications audit which will reveal how information flows within the company and where there are inadequacies
  • a proposed solution aiming to boost the effectiveness of the given communications (e.g. in the form of education and training)
  • implementation of specific projects (e.g. intranet revitalization, a proposed structure for an in-house magazine or newsletter)
