Social networks
While social networking is a phenomenon that today offers great opportunities, it nevertheless is not always a necessity as is so often proclaimed. For certain types of businesses, social networks are not at all appropriate. They have become an important part of communication for a number of companies, but, at the same time, this is an area with numerous hazards. It can be difficult to define the right target groups in social networks and even harder to evaluate campaign results. For me, though, this is a familiar environment where I know what works and what does not.
